•          Once you have made your payment you will receive an instant reply thanking you.
•          We will mail your purchase within 48 hours provided it is not a weekend, in which case it will be mailed the following Monday.
•          We will send you a tracking number via email when we send the purchase to you.
•          If you do not receive a tracking number then it means that we have not sent your purchase, in which case, please let us know and we will attend to it immediately.
•          If you live in South Africa it can take up to 2 weeks to reach you.
•          If you live overseas if can take up to 6 weeks to reach you.
